Customer Satisfaction Promise

Beer and wine

We will gladly replace any beer and wine that is damaged or flawed* within 10 days of purchase, as long as you return the bottle with at least 80% of its contents, and you have your receipt, or we can locate your purchase in your customer record. Within 10 days of purchase, Downtown Brew’s will accept for store credit returns of unopened, unrefrigerated beer or wine that has no wear or damage to the bottle/package and is in condition to be resold. This policy is for in-store replacement only.  Sediment or crystals in the wine are naturally occurring and not an indication of spoilage. Each bottle of wine is unique and may carry individual characteristics.  We can not refund or replace wine after 21 days, due to the importance of proper storage in preserving the integrity of fine wine.

Coffee

Coffee – Due to the perishable nature of our coffee and the freshness standards we guarantee, we are unable to accept returns on coffee. However, if we’ve made a mistake with your order, please contact our support team at dtbrews@gmail.com for further assistance.
Equipment – For all third-party equipment returns and refunds, please refer to original manufacturer return policy & contact our support team at dtbrews@gmail.com for further assistance.
Merchandise – We accept returns within a 30-day period, only if merchandise is unused.
