Varietal: 47% Chardonnay grapes, 36% Pinot Noir and 17% Pinot Meunier.
Has a golden-yellow lood with a foaming necklace of tiny bubbles.On the nose yellow and white fruits then of vanilla and then brioche. Good balance of fruity aromas from the grapes and the toasty aromas from the 3 years of bottle aging. Taste is fresh and strong with a symphony of fruit tastes of pear and lemon. Almond notes and fruits are distinct.
